The Handstand Club with Victor Chau

Join us for a regular clinic dedicated to the practice of handstand.

Time: 2:30-5:30pm (3 hours)

Venue: 4/F, The Yoga Room

Fee: HK$780

*10% off will be offered to students who have joined any of Victor’s handstand workshop at The Yoga Room before.

You can come in at any level and will be taught basic to advanced skills that will help you start or improve your handstand practice. The workshop will start with some warm up exercises. You will then be assigned different drills according to your levels and drills. Non-yogis are welcome.
