Fun Under the Sun - Silent Inside Vinyasa Flow at PMQ

Feel the rhythm, connect with nature, and flow freely in a serene outdoor setting at our Silent Disco Vinyasa Flow on 28 June!

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Vinyasa Practice on the rooftop of PMQ led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor – Krystan.

Date: 28 June 2025 (Saturday)

Time: 4:45-6pm

Venue: Rooftop Garden, 4/F PMQ

Fee: HK$200 (Class) HK$250 (Class + Mat Rental)  

Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
