Get ready to kick off 2026 with our first outdoor yoga event - Silent Disco Inside Flow at The Pulse with Laura!

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Inside Flow Practice on the rooftop of The Pulse, Repulse Bay led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow Teacher - Laura.
