What You’ll Learn
Muscle Fascia Fundamentals: Understand what myofascial is, how fascial lines interconnect throughout the body, and their role in posture, movement, and overall function. The workshop introduces the seven major myofascial meridian lines in the human body.
Self-Myofascial Release and Gua Sha Techniques: Learn to use massage balls for fascial stretching and perform targeted self-release on various muscle groups to reduce tension and discomfort. Simple gua sha techniques will be taught to help you maintain self-care during busy schedules.
Stretching and Mobility: Practice a series of stretching movements designed to enhance flexibility and joint mobility, targeting different muscle groups for improved body movement.
