Silent Inside Flown Disco at PMQ

Feel the rhythm, connect with nature, and flow freely in a serene outdoor setting at our Silent Inside Flow Disco on 26 July!

Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Inside Flow Practice on the rooftop of PMQ led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor – Laura.

Date: 13 September 2025 (Saturday)

Time: 6:15-7:30pm

Venue: Rooftop Garden, 4/F PMQ

Fee: HK$200 (Class) HK$250 (Class + Mat Rental)

Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
