About Inside Flow

Inside Flow is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga, in which yoga poses are choreographed into unique flow sequences, pairing with slow, fast, upbeat, relaxing songs starting from Hip Hop to pop music. Listen to your heart, feel the beat, express yourself in yoga.
