The retreat will be held at Locanda Cugnanello, a beautifully-restored and tranquil villa in the heart of Tuscany.
For 6 days, you'll enjoy daily all-levels yoga and meditation classes, delicious homemade meals prepared by our expert chef, lounging by the pool, excursions, wine tasting, cooking classes, and more.
Intention
Our intention for this retreat is to help make your body, mind, and spirit joyful and present with a full banquet of delicious yoga practices, picturesque touring, and a warm cultural immersion.
This will be a yoga retreat of a lifetime. Our hope is that you will deepen your practice, discover the world, and treat yourself, returning back home to offer the best, most restored version of yourself to you family, job, and community!

We’ve got all the details covered. On the day of the retreat, we’ll pick you up from the train station or the airport and for the next 6 days, you’ll relax in a Tuscan paradise. We will also drop you off back to the train station or airport after the retreat.

Your Instructor: Scott Moore
Scott Moore (E-RYT 500, RYS, YACEP) is the founder of Waking Up with the Yoga of Sleep and Facilitating Transformation with the Yoga of Sleep, a revolutionary system of Yoga Nidra. He has been teaching yoga since 2003 and is an expert in Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Therapeutic Vinyasa, Restore, Meditation, Pranayama and Ayruveda.
. He is the author of three books: Practical Yoga Nidra, 20 Yoga Nidra Scripts Vol. 1, and 5-Minute Manifesting Journal.
He’s also written for or been featured in many publications including Yoga Journal, Mantra Magazine, Elephant Journal, Yogi Times, Medium, Sivana East, as well as and his own blog at scottmooreyoga.com. His online Yoga Nidra teacher training is rated among the top 2 online Yoga Nidra teacher trainings in the world. Scott was a professor at Westminster College for 9 years teaching Yoga for Wellness. Scott teaches teacher trainings, workshops, classes, and retreats in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Accommodations
This beautiful villa offers clean, stylish and very comfortable accommodations. There are eleven rooms, distributed between the first and second floors of the villa. The décor of the villa reflects the surrounding colors of the flora and land and has been meticulously designed to create the most stunning retreat atmosphere.
Each room has a private bathroom.
There are limited single rooms. If you choose a shared occupancy room, we'll assign you a roommate unless you come with a friend.
Yoga
Yoga will be geared to all-levels and will be a mix of active, therapeutic, restore, and meditation. We will greet the sun in a gentle morning movement and meditation class, become invigorated with a flowing yoga class in the morning, and wind down with a gentle yoga class in the evening.
Optional Pretreat
Since the villa hosting our retreat is so close to Florence, we figured it would be a real treat to show you around one of the world’s truly most beautiful, historic, and flavorful cities in the world and let you feel the beating heart of the Renaissance still very much alive today.
So, we have decided to offer a 3-day optional, personally guided “pre-treat” in Florence where we can see the actual The Birth of Venus by Botticelli, The David statue by Michelangelo (a perfect sculpture), Inventions by Leonardo Da Vinci and Galeleo, not to mention the famous Duomo, the breathtaking and inimitable dome of the Cathedral of Florence where you can climb to the top and get up close and personal to the art painted on the ceiling suspended 375 feet from the ground.
We’ve both been to Florence several times, and have acquired a few favorites: best gelato, best paper and book store, best leather store, best pizza, best restaurant, best Italian hot chocolate (or cocktails—home of the Negroni), best espresso. You’ll see the Uffizi (Italy’s Louvre), ogle Michelangelos and Botticellis and stroll along cobblestone streets of this must-see city.
The price for this optional pre-treat is HK$2,400. This covers our personally guided tours to show you the history and the hidden secrets of this beautiful city. Plus, and more importantly, it saves you the headaches of arranging the confusion of getting tickets to the museums and churches (strangely difficult).
You will be responsible to pay for your own food, museum passes, and lodging. We have connections in Florence where we can all stay in a series of apartments (availability pending) and share rooms to economize on lodging. You’re also welcome to book your own lodging. we’ll organize our tickets to museums and such so we can avoid that headache.
