In this 1 hour class, we enjoy sharing yoga with our babies. We will practise gentle baby massage and baby yoga stretches to strengthen and relax babies’ muscles. We will also practice gentle yoga for mums. This class will be strengthening, relaxing and FUN!

- Baby yoga strengthens muscles in preparation for rolling, sitting and crawling.

- Relaxed class environment allows time for baby to baby and mummy to mummy socializing.

Parent & Baby Yoga classes are held every Sunday with Laura from 2:30 – 3:30pm
Mum & Baby classes are held every Monday with Laura at The Yoga Room from 11:00 – 12:00 pm.
