Dedicated to spreading yoga wisdom into her life and to those around her, Rachel began teaching yoga in 2017. Rachel firmly believes that yoga can help oneself cope with the hustle and bustle of urban life, build awareness of physical and mental changes, and provide practical tools and wisdom to make life flow smoothly. As an experienced and fully licensed yoga teacher, Rachel approaches her classes by creating a safe and open environment for her students, which is underpinned by her philosophy that yoga should be easily accessible to everyone. Through asanas, pranayama, and meditation, we can all cultivate a healthy body, enhance self-control and emotional management, maintain a calmer breath and state of mind in the face of stress. With that, we can then return to life, work, family, and interpersonal relationships with more confidence and ease.
