Since 2017, Marsha has been a full-time yoga teacher with a total of over 2,300 teaching hours. Her training background focuses on a yin-yang balance towards physical, mental and emotional well-being. After completing the 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training with Pure Yoga’s founding teacher Patrick Creelman, she has continued to deepen her study with various leading teachers in the healing power and meditative aspect of yoga.
