Lulu

Lulu’s journey into Yoga began in 2003. As a former RAD trained Ballet dancer and performer, the flow of movement came naturally. But Yoga evolved from a physical challenge to one of the spirit and mind. She completed her 200-hr Yoga Alliance Vinyasa Teacher Training at Yoga to The People in New York in 2016 lead by Sam Chase, German Bravo, Kathryn Abuja, Shanti and Subhan Schenker, Erin Vaughn Rose and Yoshio Hama. Lulu has over 5 years teaching experience in New York, London and Hong Kong, and has expanded her practice to include Yin, Hatha and Hot 26.

Her current focus and exploration includes Breathwork,

Meditation and the relationship between the Mind/ Body and Pain/ Stress/ Anxiety management.

Yoga remains an integral part of Lulu’s life and well-being both on and off the mat, and she looks forward to the opportunity to share her practice.
