It turned out that she loved what yoga had to </span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">offer and she continued to practice, later enjoying pre and post-natal yoga and </span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">then baby and toddler yoga </span><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 10.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US;">with her children. On moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Laura began to deepen her own practice, exploring Ashtanga, Hatha and Hot yoga. In 2011 after 13 years of working in large corporations and trying to fit in part time working around her children and her yoga practice, Laura decided to quit the corporate world and follow her heart to teach yoga to children and families. After qualifying as a Kidz Yoga teacher in March 2011, Laura set up Green Frog Yoga and since then has been busy teaching kids and family yoga in schools and in other locations around Hong Kong Island.</span></p>

<p>Patricia is an avid believer that physical activity is integral to living a fulfilling life that embraces a harmony between mind, body and spirit. Having practiced yoga on and off for 10 years, she became a certified yoga instructor in the summer of 2011. In addition to being a former representative hockey player for Hong Kong, Patricia is also a professional dancer and choreographer, giving her a unique insight and appreciation for the importance of developing a balance in both strength and flexibility. She considers yoga complimentary to any training programme and is a firm believer in its ability to heal having personally used Yoga and Pilates to recover from an acute back injury. Patricia is dedicated to creating engaging and evocative experiences for people, stimulating the mind, awakening the heart and feeding the soul.</p>

Teacher Training of Postnatal Yoga with Mother &amp; Baby Nurture (Birthlight Yoga).</p>
<p>Cindy has the experience of teaching both private and group class. She is compassionate with each individual. She is eager to share her passion and experience of yoga with all.</p>

<p>If you want to learn more about your body, or if you have ever wondered why certain poses are always a challenge for you, you will have your mysteries solved at this workshop.  Even if you are just starting your yoga practice, it is always good to understand your body so you learn more about the potentials of your beautiful body.</p>
