A fitness enthusiast, Dennis started practicing Vinyasa yoga in 2014 as a way to combat fatigue and body aches from long hours of air travel for his job. And after graduating from his 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020, he wish to share his knowledge of the discipline. His teaching style is challenging but adaptable. He believes that yoga is a constantly evolving practice and differentiates himself by injecting knowledge of fitness and pilates for each of his classes to be functional and memorable. It is his goal as a yoga instructor to empower his students in their yoga journey by pushing them out of their comfort zone while creating an environment where they feel supported, encouraged and safe.

I WANT MY STUDENTS TO KNOW THAT THEY DON’T HAVE TO BE ‘BORN FLEXIBLE’ OR ‘BORN TALENTED’ TO FIND SUCCESS BOTH ON AND OFF THE MAT.
